  • Your interview letter from National Visa Center (NVC)
  • Your passport (unexpired, and valid for six months beyond your date of intended entry to U.S.)
  • Two (2) color passport-size photographs of each person applying for a visa
  • DS-260 Confirmation Page
  • Receipt from your registration for a passport pickup location submitted online
  • Medical examination results in sealed envelope
  • Original and certified copies of birth certificates for all children of main applicant, even if the child is not immigrating to U.S.
  • I-864 Affidavit of Support and supporting documents (if your application is based on family relationship)
  • Proof of U.S. Petitioner’s legal status and domicile in the United States (if your application is based on family relationship)
  • Evidence of relationship between petitioner and visa applicant (if your application is based on family relationship)
  • If married, Original marriage certificate, English translation, and a photocopy.
  • If you were previously married: Your original divorce or spouse’s death certificate, English translation, and a photocopy.
