- Your interview letter from National Visa Center (NVC)
- Your passport (unexpired, and valid for six months beyond your date of intended entry to U.S.)
- Two (2) color passport-size photographs of each person applying for a visa
- DS-260 Confirmation Page
- Confirmation of your online appointment registration (see Step 1) confirming passport information
- Medical examination results in sealed envelope
- Printed confirmation of your online registration of a delivery address for returning your passport and documents after the interview
- Original and certified copies of birth certificates for all children of main applicant, even if the child is not immigrating to U.S.
- I-864 Affidavit of Support and supporting documents (if your application is based on family relationship)
